You'll be taken to a secure checkout platform where you can choose "Pay Later" if you want to use Bank Transfer (Navy Fed or Zelle- my account is my email address Elizabeth.phelan@gmail.com) or use "PayPal" or checkout as a guest if you prefer to use a credit or debit card. You can also pay in person at the time of your appointment.

Introductory Pilates Session

1 hour @ $48.00

Customized Introductory Class where you will receive a personalized postural assessment, get familiar with the Pilates equipment and learn the Pilates fundamentals at your own pace. You will immediately feel energized and taller as you begin to increase flexibility, tone your core and build body awareness. After you have taken the class we can decide which group class is the best fit for you to join or if you prefer, you can continue with Private Sessions.
